Service Description
Satiate Artisan offers a unique workshop (nine hours in total over two days) where you can learn how to make continental pâtés, two kinds of sausages and crispy baguettes to accompany them. Perfect for food enthusiasts looking to expand their culinary and butchery skills, our workshop provides hands on experience and expert guidance. During the workshop, you'll be making and taking home : * Pâté de campagne (Country Pâté) * Pâté Pantin (Pâté in puff pastry) * Cumberland sausages * Merguez sausages ( Spiced lamb & beef sausages) * Duck Rillette ( Shredded duck confit) * Baguettes Also included: * Coffee/tea breaks with special treats * An apron to take home Dates are flexible - please get in touch!
