Expect hands-on fun, a bit of mess, and a load of tasty sausages and delicious flatbreads to take home. You'll be making: * Cumberland Sausage: A classic British sausage known for its peppery, herbaceous flavor and coarse texture. ** Merguez Sausage: A spicy North African lamb & beef sausage marinated with your combination of hot spices *** Flatbreads that will be the perfect companion to your sausages. Whether you're a foodie, BBQ enthusiast, or just curious about traditional charcuterie techniques, this workshop gives you the knowledge (and sausages!) to take home.
